We have reviewed the accompanying statement of standalone unaudited financial results ('the Statement') of Radico Khaitan Limited ('the Company') for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, being submitted by the Company pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) ('Listing Regulations'). 2.
