She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Tata Motors, and prior to which she held the positions at Sterlite Technologies, SKF India, Thermax and Cummins among others. In these roles, she has led several areas of functional excellence, including sales, strategic human resources, industrial relations, organisational development, learning and development, corporate social responsibility, health, safety and environment, and administration. Her contributions have been recognised through several industry awards, including CHRO of the Year and recognition among the Top 100 Most Talented Global HR Leaders.
