Closure of Trading Window

LG Electronics India Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, is in anticipation of the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared, in compliance with SEBI insider trading regulations. This is a routine compliance measure to prevent insider trading.
