The said certificate has been issued pursuant to the Order dated 26th February 2026 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (“Hon’ble NCLT”), the Order dated 3rd September 2026 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (“Hon’ble NCLAT”), approving the reduction of share capital as one of allied relief for acquisition of the Company from liquidation proceedings. Consequent upon registration of the said order by the ROC, the reduction of share capital has become effective from 05.11.2026.
