NBCC (India) Limited has announced a special window for the transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares, pursuant to a SEBI circular dated January 30, 2026. This window will remain open until February 04, 2027, for shares that were sold or purchased prior to April 01, 2019, but faced rejection or issues due to documentation deficiencies. Eligible shareholders can submit necessary documents to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, and transferred shares will be issued in demat mode, subject to a one-year lock-in period.
