Ltd. and M/s Smart Solar Pvt. Ltd. ("JV Partners") on 05th November, 2026. The primary objec(cid:415)ve of this MOU is the mutual supply, distribu(cid:415)on, and commercializa(cid:415)on of through bidding for supply and delivery of cook stoves in partnership with local level, invited by Government of Nepal, Ministry of Energy, Water Resource and Irriga(cid:415)on, Alterna(cid:415)ve Energy Promo(cid:415)on Centre, along with a pre-agreed profit-sharing mechanism.
