Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to your email dated 28th July 2026 with Ref. No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/SG/2026-2027/265 regarding the significant increase in the trading volume of the equity shares of Monarch Networth Capital Limited ("the Company"), we wish to submit the following: The Company is not aware of any information, event or impending announcement which, in our opinion, may have a bearing on the price or volume behaviour of the Company's equity shares and which requires disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
