Towers, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai – 400 001 Scrip Code: 531273 Dear Sir/Ma’am, SUBJECT: INTIMATION REGARDING SEVERE WATERLOGGING AT THE REGISTERED OFFICE Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that our Registered Office, situated at Shela, Ahmedabad, has been significantly impacted due to continuous and exceptionally heavy rainfall in Ahmedabad over the past five days. The Shela area has experienced severe waterlogging, and floodwater has entered our Registered Office premises. As a result, our office infrastructure has been adversely affected/destroyed/rendered useless, including electrical systems, computer equipment, electronic data storage facilities, and certain physical records and documents. The management has initiated all necessary measures to safeguard the records, restore normal operations, and assess the extent of the damage. We are also taking appropriate steps to recover data, restore essential services, and minimize any disruption to our business operations. Further, in view of the above incident, the Company has also submitted an intimation/representation to the local Police Authorities for their information and record regarding the severe waterlogging and the resultant damage caused to the Registered Office premises.
