Nephrocare Health Services Limited announced that its overseas step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Nephrocare Health Care Services, Philippines Inc., has entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement. This agreement facilitates the acquisition of identified assets relating to a dialysis center located in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines. The total consideration for this acquisition is PhP 80,640,000. This move signifies the company's expansion of its healthcare services in the Philippines market.
