The standalone revenue stood at Rs. 524.2 Cr for Q1 2026-27 as against Rs. 442.1 Cr for Q1 2025-26. The EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs. 66.5 Cr (12.7 %) for Q1 FY 2026-27 as against EBITDA of Rs. 70.6 Cr (16.0 %) in Q1 2025-26. The lower EBITDA was on account of increase in input costs of raw materials, fuel and logistic. MARKET OVERVIEW: The Indian automobile industry demonstrated resilient performance during Q1 FY2026– 27, supported by stable macroeconomic conditions, infrastructure-led investments, and sustained consumer demand. The Commercial Vehicle (CV) segment registered steady growth driven by infrastructure, construction and replacement demand, while the Passenger Vehicle (PV) segment continued to witness healthy demand, particularly in SUVs and hybrid vehicles. Overall industry sentiment remained positive, although demand in select fleet segments remained measured. Exports: The North American truck market showed a gradual recovery during the quarter, supported by improving fleet replacement demand, higher order intake, and increased OEM production schedules. While retail demand remained below peak levels, stronger order books and improved production outlooks indicate a positive momentum. However, elevated interest rates, softer freight conditions, and geopolitical and trade uncertainties continue to pose near-term risks. INDIA OPERATIONS: Ongoing geopolitical developments in the Middle East continues to create uncertainty across global commodity and logistics markets. Increase in aluminium prices, energy costs, and freight rates are exerting pressure on input costs and operating margins. The Company continues to remain vigilant to navigate the ongoing situation through monitoring evolving developments and proactively implementing measures to enhance supply chain resilience and ensure operational continuity. Production across the Company's manufacturing facilities continues to ramp up in line with current customer requirements, positioning the business to support the expected recovery in North American truck demand. PRESS RELEASE D uring the quarter, the Company was honoured with the Q-Prime Gold Award from Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), recognising its sustained commitment to quality and supplier excellence. Reinforcing its focus on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and sustainable m anufacturing, the Company also received Platinum Rating from IGBC for TKP Green Building certification and CII Silver Award for excellence in EHS practices and continued commitment to sustainability. USA OPERATIONS: The Company continues to accelerate the ramp-up of new product programmes across key platforms, while deepening customer partnerships. Production at the plant is poised for consistent manufacturing performance and reliable customer deliveries.
