Bhilwara Solar Project Private Limited step down wholly owned subsidiary of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (‘Company’), has been struck off by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Ministry of Corporate Affairs under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013. Company has received intimation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs at 01:19 A.M. on July 28, 2026, stating that status of E-form STK -2 of H.G. Bhilwara Solar Project Private Limited has changed to “Approved”. Accordingly, H.G. Bhilwara Solar Project Private Limited has ceased to be the Company’s step down wholly owned subsidiary, with effect from July 28, 2026. This aforesaid action will have no material impact on the operations or financial position of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 were already provided on March 30, 2026.
