Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the stock exchanges. This measure prohibits connected persons and designated persons from trading in the company's securities during this period.
