In this regard, we wish to submit the following explanation for your kind consideration: The Company would like to clarify that the incident was minor in nature and was promptly brought under control. Further, the incident did not result in any damage to the plant, machinery, stock or any other assets of the Company. With regard to the delay in submitting the requisite disclosure to the Stock Exchange, we wish to clarify that the incident occurred on November 1, 2026, which was a Sunday. Since the incident occurred at the Company's plant located at Boisar, Tarapur, the information took some time to be communicated to the Company's Head Office in Mumbai and brought to the attention of the concerned senior management. Further, considering the minor nature of the incident and the absence of any damage to the Company's assets, some time was taken by the concerned management to internally assess the nature and materiality of the incident and determine the applicability of disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Consequently, the aforesaid circumstances resulted in an inadvertent delay in submitting the disclosure to the Stock Exchange. Upon receipt and assessment of the information, the Company submitted the requisite intimation to the Stock Exchange on November 3, 2026.
