We are pleased to inform you that in the ordinary course of business, Apollo Micro Systems Limited has been shortlisted and awarded a Make-II Prototype Sanction Order (PSO) by the Indian Air Force, in recognition of the Company's established capabilities in indigenous Guidance and Navigation Kits. The development of IPREK and integrating on IAF Inventory is a unique opportunity to enter into select league of companies as a Prime OEM in this technology segment. The project pertains to the design, development, and prototype demonstration of the 500 Kg Smart Bomb that can be released from over 80-100 kilometres away and still land 3 metres of intended target under the Make-II category. The IPREK converts India's existing bomb inventory into a precision standoff capability at a fraction of the cost of procuring new imported precision weapons. It integrates India's indigenous NavIC (IRNSS) satellite navigation making it one of the first weapon systems in the world to use the Indian satellite constellation at its core. This empanelment marks AMS's entry into India's precision guided munition (PGM) segment as a Prime one of the highest-value, highest-barrier segments of the Indian defence manufacturing market. In accordance with the Make-II category, there is no cost obligation on the Government during the prototype development phase. The Government is committed to procurement upon successful demonstration of the prototype. The Company's Board of Directors and Management consider this award a defining milestone in Apollo Micro Systems Limited's growth journey, underscoring the Company's technological capabilities, execution excellence, and expanding strategic role in India's critical Defence technology ecosystem, particularly in advancing in India's high-value Apollo Micro Systems Limited Regd Office.
