The value of the Arbitration award including interest is Rs 82.77 crores as on 27.07.2026 and further interest is continuing @1 2% p.a. till the date of payment to the Company. Please treat this as compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
