Q2 FY27
NRB Bearings Powers Ahead in Q2FY27
Consolidated Revenue from Operations grew 18.8% YoY while normalised
EBITDA increased by 23.5% YoY
Mumbai, November 4, 2026: NRB Bearings Limited (“NRB” or “Company”), today
announced its standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter
and half year ended September 30, 2026.
Q2FY27 Consolidated Financial Performance Highlights
EBITDA (normalised) increased by 23.5%
EBITDA (as % of sales) stood at 18.6%
H1FY27
Revenue from Operations grew by 19.0% YoY to ₹756 crore.
Commenting on the performance, Ms. Harshbeena Zaveri, Vice Chairperson &
Managing Director, said: “We are pleased to announce a strong performance in
Q2FY27, with consolidated revenue growing by 18.8%, EBITDA (normalized) by
23.5%. This performance is underpinned by our R&D expertise, precision-engineering
capabilities and deep customer partnerships, supported by a strategy focused on
higher-value, customised solutions. By combining innovation with early engagement
in customers’ product-development cycles, we continue to strengthen our competitive
differentiation and build a foundation for sustainable, profitable growth.
We see a significant opportunity to extend our engineering strengths into higher-value
industrial, aerospace and defence applications, alongside evolving mobility
technologies. These are deliberate adjacencies to our core capabilities, where
technical credibility and long-term customer relationships can create meaningful
barriers to entry. Our focus is on building 5 verticals differentiated businesses rather
than pursuing volume-led expansion.

Q2 FY27
1. Aerospace: "Buying Speed, Not Scale"
Many people have asked why we acquired a relatively small aerospace company
when our plans for the space are so ambitious. The answer is simple: we bought
access, not capacity.
2. Automotive Adjacencies: Moving Beyond Traditional Boundaries Within our core
automotive business, we are moving beyond legacy products into adjacent, higher-
value spaces:
Tapered and Ball Bearing Wheel Hubs, Spherical Roller Bearings (SRBs), Automotive
applications beyond transmission and chassis to steering systems, one way clutch
bearings and wheel bearings.
3. "Beyond EV" Electrification
We view electrification holistically. Beyond passenger electric vehicles, we are
expanding into high-frequency drives, commercial EV fleets, electric two-wheelers,
off-highway e-mobility, and industrial electrification where electrical erosion mitigation
and ultra-low friction torque are paramount.
4. Mobility Beyond the current segments & beyond vehicles
We define "mobility" as the movement of systems, not just cars. This includes high-
growth, high-tech sectors such as robotics, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), urban
air mobility, and advanced automated transit—all of which require micro-precision
friction management, including industrial & Heavy Construction Equipment.
We are deepening our footprint in heavy-duty off-highway segments, particularly
construction equipment and mining machinery, where extreme loads and harsh
operating environments showcase the superiority of our sealing, lubrication, and
material technologies.

5. Mission-Critical Friction Solutions (Stationary & Mobile) will be a future focus
too: Whether in mobile applications or stationary industrial infrastructure—such as
data center cooling architectures, renewable energy drives, and precision gearboxes.
Our margin improvement is driven by structural actions, capacity expansion and
thoughtful diversification. Throughout the year, we have remained prudent in our
capital allocation and steadfast in our focus on delivering long-term, value creation,
moving step by step into an accelerated, profitable and sustainable high growth
trajectory.
