Intimation of Closure of Trading Window.

TGB Banquets and Hotels Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This measure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, are announced. The company will subsequently intimate the date of the board meeting for approving these results.
