The orders pertain to the supply installation Testing and commissioning of power distribution System. The delivery of these goods is scheduled to be completed over a period of 10 months. Please note that none of the Promoters/Promoter Group have any interest in the aforesaid work, and the said order/contract does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
