Closure of Trading Window for the quarter ending June 30, 2026

Honda India Power Products Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the approval and declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, by the Board of Directors.
