Closure of trading window as per SEBI (PIT) Regulation ,2015 for the quarter ended 30th june.

Sunshine Capital Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and connected persons, effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading. The date for considering the financial results will be intimated later.
