During the said meeting, the Board of Directors decided to adjourn the Board Meeting to Thursday, 05th November 2026, at 4:00 P.M., due to the requirement for further deliberations by the Board of Directors on the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half-year ended 30th September 2026, and to provide the Statutory Auditors with additional time to incorporate the necessary changes and finalise the Unaudited Financial Results.
