Govindarajan, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, will retire from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business on 30th November, 2026. The Board placed on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution made by Mr. G.T. Govindarajan during his long association of around 37 years with the Company. Brief profile (in case of appointment) Ms. Rukmini Subramanian is a legal and secretarial professional with over 2 decades of experience across listed companies. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds degrees in Law and Commerce from Mumbai University. She has been associated with Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited, since 2021, in the legal and secretarial function. She has previously worked with reputed organisations like Grindwell Norton Limited, Reliance Communications Limited and S. N. Ananthasubramanian & Co., firm of practicing Company Secretaries. 4. Disclosure of relationships between directors Not Applicable (in case of appointment of a director) Ms. Rukmini Subramanian will also be the Nodal Officer with effect from 1st December, 2026, in place of Mr. G.T.
