AXIS/CO/CS/208/2026-27 dated June 29, 2026, intimating you that the Board of Directors of the Bank had approved the re-appointment Munish Sharda as the Whole-Time Director (designated as Executive Director) of the Bank, for a further period of three years with effect from February 27, 2027, up to February 26, 2030 (both days inclusive), subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India and the shareholders of the Bank.
