Extinguishment of 850000 equity shares of the Company.

CyberTech Systems and Software Ltd announced the completion of its share buyback program. The company extinguished 8,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each, acquired through a tender offer route between June 04 and June 10, 2026.
