Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the captioned subject and in continuation of the Notice dated September 02, 2026 and the subsequent Corrigendum dated September 12, 2026, issued by the Company in relation to the proposed preferential issue of equity shares, we wish to inform you that certain inadvertent clerical errors have been identified in the details pertaining to the proposed allottees, particularly with respect to the following: 1. Pre-preferential shareholding of the proposed allottees, including the number and percentage of equity shares held; 2. Current and proposed status/category of the allottees; and 3. Pre-preferential and post-preferential shareholding of the proposed allottees, including the respective number of equity shares and percentage of shareholding. The aforesaid discrepancies occurred due to an inadvertent clerical oversight while compiling and presenting the relevant particulars of the proposed allottees.
