The Bank received a communication from an anonymous source claiming access to certain data. Bank promptly activated its cyber incident response and containment protocols and engaged an independent CERT- In empanelled cyber-security agency to conduct a comprehensive assessment and investigate the nature and extent of the alleged compromise. Based on the preliminary findings available at this stage, the incident has been identified as potential business email compromise and not expected to have any material impact on the Bank’s operations, financial performance or business continuity. The Bank's core business functions continued to operate normally without disruption. A detailed assessment is currently underway, and appropriate remedial and preventive measures are being implemented as required. We request you to take note of the above pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
