Intimation of closure of Trading Window

Shashijit Infraprojects Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will commence from July 1, 2026, and remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading ahead of the financial results announcement.
