Nature and details of the action(s) taken, or order(s) An order dated December 8, 2025, was received from passed; the tax authorities confirming a GST demand of INR 10,56,896, along with interest of INR 7,79,120 and a penalty of INR 1,00,000 under Section 50 and Section 73 of the CGST Act, 2017, respectively, on account of short payment of GST. The Company subsequently filed an appeal before the First Appellate Authority on March 6, 2026; however, the appeal was dismissed and the order was upheld. 3. Date of receipt of direction or order, including any ad-interim or interim orders, or any other July 27, 2026 communication from the authority; 4. Details of the violation(s)/contravention(s) The Company has received the order from Authority committed or alleged to be committed; levying penalty of INR 1,00,000/- under section 73(9) of the CGST/WBGST Act 2017. 5.
