Gala Precision Components (Shanghai) Pvt Limited did not carry on any business operations. Gala Precision Components (Shanghai) Pvt Limited is not a material subsidiary of the Company, and its cessation does not have any impact on the business operations, revenue, or financial position of the Company or its group. Consequent to the above, Gala Precision Components (Shanghai) Pvt Limited has ceased to be a step- down subsidiary of the Company. The required disclosure, as per Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
