Closure of Trading Window.

Flex Foods Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company publicly declares its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The action is taken in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code.
