Machine Readable Form / Legible Copy of Financial Results not submitted The Company was undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) during the relevant period and its operations were not fully functional. Owing to the limited administrative and operational resources available during the CIRP, the omission in submitting the Financial Results in machine readable/legible form occurred inadvertently. 2. Financial Results submitted in XBRL with discrepancies The Company was undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) during the relevant period and its operations were not fully functional. Notwithstanding the same, the Insolvency Professional (IP) made due endeavours to file the XBRL in a timely manner. The Company has subsequently made the requisite filings to address the aforesaid matters and remains committed to ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
