During the webinar, the management provided an overview of the Company's business operations, financial performance, strategic initiatives and future growth prospects. The key highlights discussed during the interaction are as follows: 1. The Company highlighted its consistent financial performance since listing, with year-on-year growth in revenue and Profit After Tax (PAT) and reiterated its long-term revenue target of approximately ₹400 crore by FY2028. 2. Management shared updates on the expansion of its oncology business, including the dedicated cancer hospital, and stated that cardiology, oncology and neurosurgery are expected to be the key growth drivers in the coming years. 3. The Company informed that it is in the process of submitting a bid for the establishment of a 100-seat Medical College under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. The Company is also establishing nursing and paramedical colleges to strengthen its integrated healthcare ecosystem. 4. Management also shared updates on the proposed Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Facility, operational performance, occupancy targets, doctor retention strategy and the evolving business mix. 5. The Company further informed that it has initiated preparatory activities for migration to the Main Board, subject to fulfilment of applicable eligibility criteria and receipt of necessary regulatory approvals. Management also shared that it is evaluating the acquisition of a 70- bed hospital to strengthen its regional presence.
