Intimation of Closure of Trading Window pursuant to SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015

This action is taken pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent designated persons and their immediate relatives from trading shares during this period.
