The 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2025–26 will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM"), and the draft Notice convening the said AGM was approved. 2. The appointment of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as the agency to provide remote e-voting facilities and facilitate the conduct of the 19th Annual General Meeting through VC/OAVM was approved. 3. Thursday, August 13, 2026, was fixed as the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to exercise their voting rights through remote e-voting and e-voting during the 19th Annual General Meeting.
