Trading Window

Technocraft Industries (India) Limited has announced the closure of its trading window effective from July 1, 2026. This measure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, is in anticipation of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are approved by the Board and filed with stock exchanges, prohibiting designated persons from trading in the company's securities during this period.
