The quarter marked a significant acceleration in our liquid cooling solutions business, with SFN skid assemblies generating revenue of Rs. 32.4 crore in Q1FY27. Our core business also delivered strong results: stainless-steel flexible hoses grew 40.53% YoY, while assemblies and other value-added products grew 36.96% YoY. The rapid growth of AI workloads is driving higher rack densities and significantly greater heat generation, accelerating the industry-wide shift from conventional air cooling to advanced liquid cooling systems. Globally, hyperscalers and technology companies continue to announce large-scale data center investments, creating sustained demand for reliable, leak-proof, and precision-engineered cooling infrastructure. India is emerging as a key data center market, supported by rising cloud adoption, data localisation, growing digital consumption, and increasing investment from both domestic and global operators. To meet this growing demand pipeline, we have expanded our skid assembly capacity from 6,000 skids to 9,000 skids per annum, and remain on track to scale further to 15,000 skids per annum. With an established core business, growing expertise in value-added assemblies, and a rapidly scaling presence in liquid cooling solutions, the Company is strategically positioned at a critical point in the data center cooling value chain. We remain confident in sustaining our growth momentum and capturing the multi-decade opportunity arising from the global transition to liquid-cooled AI infrastructure.” Key Operational Highlights - Consolidated Product Segment Domestic : Export Mix 39% 43% + 42.52% YoY 37% + 40.52% YoY Absolute Growth 41% 61% 52% Absolute Revenue Growth 41% + 33.60% YoY 42% + 162.98% YoY 34% 28% Absolute Revenue Growth Absolute Growth Q1FY26 Q1FY27 Q1FY26 Q1FY27 Q4FY26 Q4FY25 FY26 FY25 SS Flexible Hoses with & without Braiding Exports Domestic Assemblies & Others* SFN Skid Assemblies Geographical Split : Exports + 35.91% YoY Absolute Growth 59% 57% + 108.27% YoY Absolute Growth 12% - 10.09% YoY 5% 2% 7% 1% Absolute Growth Q1FY26 Q1FY27 Americas (North + South) Europe Asia Africa Others *Others include fittings, metal bellows 6 Standalone Profit & Loss Statement Quarterly Y-o-Y Performance Q-o-Q Performance Profit & Loss (Rs.
