The transition, including relocation and integration of the relevant plant, machinery and other assets, is part of the Company’s ongoing initiative to optimise and consolidate its manufacturing footprint, improve utilisation of existing infrastructure and resources, and achieve greater operational efficiencies and synergies. With the Hyderabad facility having commenced operations in March 2026, the transition is not expected to have any material adverse impact on the Company’s overall manufacturing operations or business activities. Manufacturing operations at the 75D Facility will cease upon completion of the transition.
