Sub-division of Equity Shares Pursuant to the approval of the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 18th July, 2026, the Company has approved the sub-division of 1 (One) Equity Share having a face value of Rs. 10/- each into 2 (Two) Equity Shares having a face value of Rs. 5/- each. Accordingly, the number of equity shares has increased from 37,93,6399 to 75,87,2798, without any change in the total paid-up share capital of the Company. 4.
