He joins Cipla from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as Managing Director and Senior Partner, where he built BCG India's Pharma Operations and Automotive practices and led the Operations and Industrial Goods practices. He also played a key role in developing the firm's Manufacturing AI and Industry 4.0 offerings. He has advised several Indian and MNC firms across topics ranging from plant operations, quality systems, new product development, supply chain improvement and cost management. Prior to joining BCG, he held leadership positions at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where in his last role he was responsible for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Capital Projects globally.
