Tata Technologies Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective June 24, 2026. This standard compliance measure is in preparation for the finalization and approval of the company's financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared and disseminated to the stock exchanges.
