Joseph, Managing Director, SJS Enterprises Limited, said, “Q2FY27 represents another significant milestone for SJS, as we achieved our highest-ever monthly revenue of Rs 1,000 mn in September 2026, underscoring our expanding scale and disciplined execution. During the quarter, revenue grew 16.9% YoY, supported by increasing content per vehicle, particularly in passenger vehicles, sustained export momentum and strengthening OEM partnerships. Our automotive business grew 21.7% in Q2, ahead of industry growth of 17.8%. For H1FY27, automotive revenue rose 26.6% YoY against 19.7% for the industry, led by passenger vehicles and exports. A favourable product mix, higher exports and continued cost optimisation have further reinforced our profitability. We are making steady progress on our capacity expansion as we gear up for the next phase of growth. The new chrome plating facility in Pune enhances our ability to address robust customer demand and emerging business opportunities. The capacity expansion at SJS Bangalore has been completed, with commercial production scheduled to commence in Q3FY27. In parallel, our technology partnership with BOE Varitronix is strengthening our capabilities in optical bonding and assembly of automotive displays in India. Further, the consolidation of WPI’s three Ranjangaon facilities into a single integrated plant will drive operational efficiencies and support future growth. Going forward, we remain focused on expanding our premium product portfolio through innovation and advanced technologies, strengthening our global footprint and deepening our engagement with leading OEMs. Backed by these strategic investments in capacity, technology and innovation, we are well positioned to deliver sustainable growth and create long-term value for all our stakeholders.” Commenting on the Company’s performance, Mr. Sanjay Thapar, Executive Director & Group CEO, SJS Enterprises Limited, said, “Q2FY27 reflects our continued progress in converting strategic investments into business opportunities. Expanded manufacturing capabilities, advanced aesthetic products and a growing presence with global OEMs are widening our platform for growth. Our focus on product mix, higher exports share and operational efficiency delivered our highest quarterly normalised PAT margin since listing, at 20.6%. Exports rose 23.1% YoY to contribute 10.0% of revenue, and new business wins with global customers such as Stellantis, Whirlpool and TADME – Toyota Middle East have strengthened our order pipeline and visibility. Our capacity expansions are progressing as planned. The upcoming first plant of SJS Display Electronics in Pune marks our entry into the high-growth automotive display electronics segment, unlocking significant new opportunities for SJS in the near future. Collectively, these initiatives broaden our portfolio and position us to capitalise on the rising demand for technology-led vehicle interiors. Our Q2FY27 automotive segment grew 21.7%, well ahead of the 13.2% combined industry growth for passenger vehicles and motorcycles. This was partly offset by subdued global consumer OEMs demand, the planned SKU rationalisation at WPI and slower motorcycle growth relative to scooters. S.J.S.
