Despite a sharp rise in raw material prices and softer export demand amid geopolitical uncertainties, we were able to sustain growth while maintaining our operating margins, as robust domestic demand more than offset lower exports. As a leader in rigid thermoformed food packaging in India, our vision is to build a diversified packaging business with technology, product innovation and capital efficiency at its core. We continue to increase the share of value added products and are expanding our injection moulding range for the domestic market, giving us the agility to rebalance our sales mix when export Revenue from markets are disrupted. Operations ₹ 205.81 Cr Olive Ecopak, our paper packaging joint venture, delivered a strong quarter despite a flood- related disruption and was profitable at the PBT level before the Exceptional Item (flood loss – insurance claim under process). Together, our plastic and paper packaging capabilities enable us EBITDA to serve wider customer needs. ₹ 30.11 Cr Our newly commissioned group captive wind-solar plant will make a meaningful contribution to profitability from next year while advancing our sustainability goals. Moving ahead, we will deepen customer relationships, improve manufacturing productivity and ₹ 12.27 Cr pursue growth through disciplined capital allocation. With healthy cash generation and an improving balance sheet, we are well placed to build a more diversified, competitive and profitable business.” www.rajshreepolypack.com Our Packaging Solutions Value Chain Plastic Packaging Flexible Packaging Rigid Packaging Semi-Rigid Packaging Film Extrusion Extrusion Lamination Converting Pressure Vacuum Thermoforming Thermoforming Slitting and Rewinding Injection Blow Moulding Extrusion Blow Moulding (BM) Moulding Decoration Printing Paper Labelling Shrink Sleeving IML RPPL capabilities Other industry technologies www.rajshreepolypack.com Q2 FY2027 Performance Highlights ( Standalone) (In ₹ Crore) Revenue from Operations EBITDA and Margin (%) 19.06% 5.51% 102.91 102.90 16.52 86.43 13.60 12.89 16.05% 14.91% 13.21% Q2 FY26 Q1 FY27 Q2 FY27 Q2 FY26 Q1 FY27 Q2 FY27 Operating EBITDA and Margin (%) PAT and Margin (%) 19.34% 8.89% 14.42 13.05 7.26 10.94 5.02 4.60 14.01% 7.04% 5.33% 4.88% 12.66% 12.69% Q2 FY26 Q1 F [Showing first 8,000 characters — download PDF for full document]
