Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 Pursuant to Regulation 33 and all other applicable regulations, if any, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors have considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30 2026 and taken note of the Limited Review Reports for the said quarter issued by M/s R.G.N. Price & Co., Chartered Accountants, Chennai, Statutory Auditors of the Company.
