Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) - Temporary
Disruption of Operations at Sanand Plants, Gujarat
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing
Regulations, we wish to inform you that the operations of the Company’s Plants at Sanand,
Gujarat, where Tiago, Tigor, Nexon and Sierra are manufactured, as well as at its suppliers’
facilities in and around Gujarat, have witnessed severe disruption on account of flooding
caused by heavy rainfall in the region. Over the past few days, concerted efforts have been
underway to reinstate production operations at both the suppliers’ facilities and the Company’s
plants on priority. We remain confident that we will be able to restore normalcy over the next
few days.
We are enclosing herewith the relevant details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations
read along with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026
dated January 30, 2026 as Annexure A.
