FINANCIAL
HIGHLIGHTS
Q2 & H1 FY27
Key Highlights of the Quarter
Q2 FY27 reflected resilient execution and steady progress on our strategic priorities. On a
consolidated basis, Total Revenue grew 36% year-on-year to ₹472 crore, EBITDA rose 58%
to ₹106 crore with a margin of 22%, and PAT increased 82% to ₹67 crore. For H1 FY27,
consolidated PAT nearly doubled to ₹146 crore.
Volumes were dented by external factors, including raw material availability and delayed
supply chains, yet our stable product portfolio kept the top line resilient, with standalone
volumes improving 11% over Q1. Commercial production commenced at our upgraded
Acetonitrile facility, and with PESO approval of DME road tanker valves, we are now building
our DME customer network.
N-Methyl Morpholine is our next product for commercialisation, while BSCL's Unit-I
brownfield expansion is on track for commissioning by end-FY27 and the Unit-II HCN,
NaCN and EDTA project is targeted for Q4 FY27. With a visible expansion roadmap and
Mr. Dundurapu Ram Reddy disciplined execution, we remain confident of driving sustainable growth and long-term
shareholder value.
