Pursuant to the aforesaid agreements, the Company shall subscribe to 2,14,500 equity shares of Sterling MH for an aggregate consideration of Rs.1,07,25,000/- and shall hold 26.66% of the paid- up equity share capital of Sterling MH. The investment is being made for procurement of renewable wind power from Sterling MH’s wind power project situated in the State of Maharashtra for the Company's manufacturing facilities in Maharashtra, including its Pune operations.
