Kindly take the above information on record. Thanking you, For IND-SWIFT LABORATORIES LTD. PARDEEP VERMA VP-CORPORATE AFFAIRS & COMPANY SECRETARY Ind - Swift Laboratories Limited Leading Finished Dosage Formulation Manufacturer INVESTOR PRESENTATION Q2 & H1 FY27 | Results for the period ended 30 September 2026 MANAGEMENT COMMENTARY “Q2FY27 is a strong validation of the strategic choices we made earlier. Our transition from an API manufacturer to a focused FDF manufacturer, and the scale-up of operations on that platform, is now clearly visible in our performance. Operating income grew over 50% year-on-year, with operating EBITDA margin expanding to 18.02% and PAT margin to 13.21%, reflecting the strength of our business model. The scale-up of our operations is delivering operating leverage, while the shift in business mix is lifting margins. Raw material cost has come down as a share of revenue, and our growth is coming from core operations rather than other income. Sequentially, revenue and operating EBITDA both grew by over 25%, building on a strong Q1. This momentum carried through the first half, with H1FY27 operating revenue of ₹420.97 crore, up 35.79%, while operating EBITDA grew more than 4x. With a net-debt-free balance sheet, substantial cash and investments, and our ₹250 crore capex programme funded through internal accruals, we are well placed to scale. Supported by deeper own-brand penetration in key export markets and the ongoing Samba EU-GMP upgrade, we continue to expect FY27 revenue growth of more than 50%, a medium-term revenue CAGR of 20-25% and EBITDA margin expansion of 200-300 BPS. We remain focused on building a compliance-led, differentiated FDF platform and sustaining profitable growth.” N.R.
