In accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be sent by electronic mode only to those Members whose e-mail address(es) are registered with the Company/Depositories. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of our disclosure dated 23rd May 2026, it is hereby informed that the Company has fixed Wednesday 2nd September 2026 as Record date for the purpose of ascertaining entitlement of Members for payment of Final Dividend of Rs.3.50/- (Three Rupees fifty paise only) per share (on the face value of Rs. 10/- each) on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 23rd May 2026. If the Final Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the ensuing AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made on or after 23rd September 2026.
