Yours faithfully, For Wheels India Limited K V Lakshmi Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Encl.: a/a PLEASE ADDRESS ALL COMMUNICATIONS TO THE FACTORY Wheels India Q1 Net Profit up Rs. 37 Crore Revenue growth 16.8% in Q1 Chennai July 27, 2026: Wheels India has registered an increase in its net profit for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026 at Rs.37 Crore as compared to Rs.26 Crore registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Revenues for Q1 ended 30th June 2026 went up 16.8% to Rs.1,386 Crore compared to Rs.1,187 Crore in the same period last year. Exports grew 17.3 % to Rs. 380 Crore in Q1FY27 compared to Rs. 324 Crore registered in the first quarter of the previous year. Commenting on the performance, Srivats Ram, CMD, Wheels India said, “The company’s sales grew along with the domestic market for cars, trucks and agriculture tractors that continued their momentum post GST 2.0 reforms. In addition, we saw strong growth in the export of construction equipment wheels. There were strong inflationary pressures on material cost due to the West Asia crisis. ” On the outlook, Srivats said, “We expect the growth momentum to continue in Q2.” Wheels India is a leading manufacturer of wheels for trucks, agricultural tractors, passenger vehicles and construction equipment; air suspension systems for trucks and buses, and industrial components for the construction and windmill industry with manufacturing plants in Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Andhra Pradesh.
