The appeal filed by Jagran Media Network Investment Private Limited ("JMNIPL"), being Civil Appeal No. 9185 of 2026, was listed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 24th July, 2026. The Hon'ble Court has issued notice in the matter, directed completion of pleadings and has listed the appeal for further hearing on 3rd August, 2026. A copy of the order dated 24th July, 2026, uploaded today on i.e. on 27th July, 2026, is enclosed herewith. In view of the proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 31th July, 2026 has been postponed. The next date of the Board Meeting shall be notified in due course. The Company shall make further disclosure(s), as and when any material development occurs in the aforesaid proceedings, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
